My friend made a delicious meal the other day and used Balsamic Glaze on a fish. I can’t quite explain how wonderful it is and how EASILY it sort of made the whole thing skyrocket in my mouth. I highly recommend having this in the cupboard for:
- glazing meats
- drizzle on top of eggs
- whatever else you can think of
It’s TART and SWEET and just freaking lovely.
