Oh Smugliciousness! We’ve all heard about the many uses of coconut oil. People love it, they cook with it and rub it in their butt. They jerk off with it, and put it on their toenail fungus.
But I’m here to tell you about coconut flakes. They are high in fat (fat is our friend!) and delicately crisp. Sprinkle them on yogurt or ice cream, and bake them into scones. But best of all, just hand some to your kid as a snack. So healthy, good fats, and fun to eat!
Like nuts, be careful eating handfuls – high in calories! And skip the sweetened and roasted kinds – just get the basic type!
