My rave this week,is (to quote Billy Idol) “dancing with myself.” This habit started innocently enough…you get home,you still have your commuter tunes in your ear buds,so,what the hell,you dance out the song. The next song comes on and  its a good one, and half an hour later you’re danced out, completely relaxed, excess energy of the day ironed out, and you got some exercise.

This is especially great if, like me:

  1. you have trouble winding down after an energized day of work
  2. if you’ve had a couple of drinks, and you’re in no shape to be in downward dog.


Works every time and I sleep like a baby!
