My mom made polenta. It was so delicious. It’s super good with any saucy dish and amazing re-stir fried for breakfast with a little honey to caramelize it. YUMMERS.
Here’s how:
Take polenta and add 4 times the amount of water/milk to it. Add some butter, salt. Cook it in a deep-ish pan, preferably non-stick, covered, on low. It’ll turn into a cake! Serve, enjoy.
