Position Summary:

Responsible for providing support to multiple HRBP’s in various areas of Human Resources including but not limited to talent management organizational strategy and development diversity and inclusion initiatives talent strategy & special projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize plans and produce project outputs supporting HRBP and business strategy. Proactively seeks and recommends innovative ways to improve the HR portfolio contributions.
• Proactively develops close partnerships with the HRBP’s and actively collaborates and communicates with the HR team and other appropriate stakeholders to ensure the preparation & execution of strategic initiatives.
• Provides solutions that will achieve the business strategy maximizing ROI.
• Delivers tactical support to HRBP’s in the areas of talent management DE&I initiatives employee experience talent strategy growth strategy org design & development strategic business planning etc.
• Partners with HRBP’s to resolve business leadership concerns and proactively monitors trends to avoid pitfalls as needed.
• Utilizes HRIS information and other business information to develop and provide reports for read-outs; performs in-depth analysis for various HR and business leaders as needed.

Education & Experience:

• Three+ years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience required; Master’s in related field preferred
• PHR or SHRM Certification preferred
• Strong business acumen good judgment and confidentiality around sensitive information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and highly proficient in Excel PowerPoint and the Microsoft suite of products
• Solid project management experience; organizational skills in planning and managing expectations and timelines
• Strong consulting skills and experience partnering cross-functionally w/ all levels; including executive leadership
• Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and tell the data/analytical story
