Job Requirements:

• Previous phone-based customer service experience;
• Stable and dependable high-speed internet connection and computer;
• A willingness to learn grow ad accept coaching and feedback;
• A commitment to helping upkeep an environment of positivity and acceptance;
• The ability to balance a fast-paced task load while maintaining the highest standards of care support professionalism and empathy;
• Previous beauty industry experience preferred but not required
